The Myo Specialist will establish, maintain, and expand customer relationships via prospecting, presenting, obtaining commitment, while managing an opportunity pipeline, attaining, or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual territory sales objectives for Coapt products.
Your Impact
Establish, maintain, and expand your customer relationships via prospecting, presenting, obtaining commitment, while managing an opportunity pipeline, attaining, or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual territory sales objectives for Coapt products.
- Make scheduled personalized presentations to medical professionals to elicit use of Coapt's products.
- Collect and share relevant competitors' market information to increase sales volume and market share.
- Recommend products or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
- Attend and represent Coapt at regional and national tradeshows when appropriate.
- Develop and execute strategic solutions towards the total market to effectively grow territory profitably.
- Respond promptly to the needs of customers while being proactive in cost containment and management of expenses.
- Maintain, analyze, and use territory/customer reports and databases to effectively and efficiently organize and plan territory priorities and activities within Salesforce
- Submit accurate and timely territory reports to include expenses.
- Exercise good judgment in the use of company funds to ensure territory profitability.
- Maintain confidentiality of company data including new product information, marketing strategies, discount programs, pricing information, and other business proprietary information.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in life science, engineering, or business discipline.
- Additional, degrees and/or coursework in clinical care, technology commercialization, technical support, and/or quality assurance is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sales
- Relevant clinical, technical, and/or medical device experience
- A valid driver's license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
