Senior HUMINT Targeting Analyst This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance. Cherokee Analytics is seeking a Senior HUMINT Targeting Analyst to support our Government client. Compensation & Benefits: Pay commensurate with experience. Senior HUMINT Targeting Analyst Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in the conducting of HUMINT and intelligence missions.
- Perform HUMINT planning/execution to include data collection, analyses, coordination, and reporting as well as adaptive planning to identify knowledge and capability (or training) shortfalls.
- Assist the Client Staff to integrate, synchronize, and prioritize HUMINT missions, operations, activities, and actions to ensure compliance with DoD guidance while maintaining focus on achieving operational objectives.
- Identify and assist in the development of prudent COAs to resolve emergent HUMINT issues, determine priorities, employ technical knowledge for the long-term benefit of HUMINT operations, and ensure established guidance.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Senior HUMINT Targeting Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in an analytic or targeting capacity within a National Intelligence Agency, Combatant Command staff, or DoD operational units.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience performing targeting support to HUMINT operations or HUMINT programs.
- A graduate of any one or combination of the following:
- Targeting Foundations Course (TFC)
- HUMINT Targeting Training Seminar (HTTS)
- Joint HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course (JHATC) or a legacy equivalent
- Fundamental HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC)
- Advanced HUMINT Targeting Course (AHTC)
- Target Network Profiling Course (TNPC)
- Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC)
- Advanced skills in the Intelligence Cycle, HUMINT Targeting Cycle, HVI Targeting, Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, Social Network Analysis, and Patterns of Life Analysis.
- Expert knowledge and understanding of HUMINT theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and relevant skills related to HUMINT targeting operations.
- Expert knowledge in the application of tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analyze, and integrate complex information related to HUMINT targeting.
- Advanced understanding of HUMINT operations to assist in the development and implementation of HUMINT collection, HUMINT Lead generation/development strategies, HUMINT management, collection planning, and exploitation.
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
