Senior OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst

This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance.

Cherokee Analytics is seeking a Senior OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst to support our Government client.

Compensation & Benefits:

Senior OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst Responsibilities Include:



  • Conduct advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources.
  • Interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates.
  • Fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned


Senior OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:



  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Minimum of 12 years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAl exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development.
  • Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations is preferred.
  • Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e. reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAl, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience with digital signature reduction.
  • Advanced proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology.
  • Advanced proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAl tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources).
  • Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAl authorities, regulations, and policy.
  • Superior written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Superior verbal briefing skills, with demonstrated history of briefing at the O5/GS14 level or above.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
