OverviewWe have an immediate opening for a business-focused attorney supporting Microsoft's global support and customer success operations, on the legal team supporting Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) in the role of Principal Corporate Counsel. CE&S, part of Microsoft's Customer and Partner Solutions organization, empowers customers to accelerate business value through differentiated customer experiences that leverage Microsoft's products, services, and partnerships. CE&S leads execution of Microsoft's commercial strategy post-sale, orchestrating technical engagement through our support and customer success teams. This role will focus on Microsoft's support products and services, the global operations and technology platform through which support is delivered for all Microsoft products, across all customer segments worldwide. You will join the legal team supporting the evolution of support operations through technology, helping navigate complex regulatory and commercial challenges.
ResponsibilitiesProvide front-line counsel and advice to senior business partners from a global operational team on issues related to privacy, security, use of AI, customer support, business process outsourcing, and compliance.Collaborate with internal and external legal and policy specialists to guide the business through emerging regulatory and commercial challenges.Draft, negotiate, and counsel the business partners on high impact supplier agreements.Lead cross-group projects related to business support delivery and the integration of technology-enabled tools and processes with traditional support delivery.Implement new models and technologies for delivering legal advice at scale | |
