HealthPartners is currently hiring a Director of Recruitment. The Director of Recruitment is responsible for leading all recruitment operations for care delivery or other business lines, excluding physician and clinician recruitment. This role focuses on attracting and hiring the best people for all roles across HealthPartners.

The Director of Recruitment will lead a team of managers and recruiters, ensuring the implementation of aligned and effective recruitment strategies and processes. This newly created position reports to the VP of Human Resources over care delivery and has a dotted line relationship with the Director of Recruitment and Workforce Planning and their HR center of excellence that provides recruitment strategy leadership, tools, and frameworks for the organization. In this role you will be a key strategic partner in helping to build our exceptional teams. You'll bring your expertise in full-cycle recruitment and data analytics to drive impactful improvements in our recruitment practices and operations, leading with a collaborative and forward-thinking approach.

Required Qualifications:.



  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 10 years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • 5 years of proven experience leading recruiting teams


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale recruitment initiatives
  • Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding


Hours/Location:



  • Monday - Friday, Days
  • This role is hybrid including 2-3 days on-site at the HealthPartners corporate office in Bloomington or could be on-site at Park Nicollet offices in St. Louis Park.


Responsibilities:

Strategic recruitment leadership



  • Provide strategic leadership for all non-clinician care delivery recruitment
  • Collaborate with the Director of Recruitment and Workforce Planning to ensure alignment with organizational recruitment and onboarding strategies and inform the care delivery recruitment approach
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, hiring and business leaders to identify recruitment needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Partners with Director of Recruitment and Workforce Planning as well as marketing and communication partners to provide strategic branding for care delivery recruitment.
  • Uses data and metrics to drive decisions regarding strategy and staffing



Recruitment operations and team leadership



  • Lead the recruitment operations for care delivery, excluding physician and clinician recruitment. Ensure the team effectively attracts and hires the best talent for all roles across HealthPartners.
  • Lead and develop a team of managers and recruiters, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Provide operational guidance and support to the recruitment team.
  • Evaluate and improve recruitment service delivery and effectiveness. Implement best practices to increase recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Understand the full scope of recruitment technology and ensure the team uses it to its fullest capacity. Align with the consistent approach provided by the Director of Recruitment and Workforce Planning as well as our technology team.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations concerning the recruitment and selection process. Implement best practices to increase recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Gather feedback from key partners and customers, including hiring managers and business leaders, to be responsive to needs and continuously improve recruitment offerings.
  • Oversee general operations of care delivery recruiting including oversight and monitoring of budget, people, space, technology, metrics, equipment, access, safety and culture
