Overview
Regional Cancer Care Associates (RCCA) is looking for an exceptional Patient Care Coordinator I to join the team. This position serves as the patients medical liaison among the practice, hospital, support services, and payors. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Learns how to appropriately apply department procedures & policies. Escalates issues to supervisor for guidance. Performs a wide variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. This individual must also possess strong multi-tasking abilities and bring positivity and passion to their work.
