Job Summary

As part of the Worldwide Professional Services Organization, the Strategy, Innovation, and Acceleration (SIA) Team, is looking for an Associate to join the team.

The SIA Team is based on the following pillars of excellence:

  • Tobe sales accelerators as the technical co-sellers to Services Sales

  • To drive innovation through the development of customer and partner facing solutions that align with NetApp Products

  • To establish relationships and relevance withstakeholders across professional services andNetApp business units

  • To lead services partner strategyinitiatives

  • To differentiate and create specialized talent via our Worldwide Centersof Excellence to establish a global capabilitymodel for services

Job Requirements and Responsibilities
  • Opportunity to work directly with partners and various NetApp Business Units

  • Responsible for pitching partner services to key partners (from entry to offer discussions and cover resell to partner branded partner delivered path)

  • Assist the team on delivering quarterly partner webinars and managing prescriptive follow-up with partners

  • Pipeline management and tracking

  • Plan to grow into a partner facing Business Consultant in future

  • Support Business Development managers in socializing offerings, pipeline organization and follow -ups

  • Enhance social media presence for Partner Services

  • Strengthen relationship and enable Distributors

  • Provide additional support to ensure the partners get the right offering training at the right time from our experts

This is an entry-level position, typically having 0 - 3 years of relevant industry experience.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is $86,000 - $121,000. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
