Associate Consultant, Life Sciences & Healthcare

We are seeking an Associate Consultant to serve as a critical member of project teams by providing analytical insight, leadership and creativity to billable client engagements, business development efforts and internal initiatives. The Associate Consultant will help to define projects, build work plans, and develop robust and valuable conclusions and recommendations for our clients. The individual we seek is vital to ensuring that we provide our clients with the insights and information they need to achieve success.

Experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant field

• 2 Years of Relevant Experience

• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

It would be great if you also have...

• Direct experience with biopharma or life sciences
• Comfortable performing both qualitative and quantitative analysis, including the execution of both primary and secondary research

Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis and synthesis to support project objectives, utilizing established methodologies and advanced analytical tools to generate actionable insights.

• Participate in designing and executing research methodologies to address complex business challenges and provide evidence-based recommendations.

• Contribute to the creation of customer presentations and reports by organizing data, visualizing findings, and ensuring the clarity and impact of deliverables.

• Collaborate with consulting teams to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions tailored to customer needs and strategic goals.

• Engage in customer interactions and meetings, with oversight, to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with project objectives.

• Support proposal development by contributing to key sections, including market analysis, strategic recommendations, and solution descriptions, to enhance the competitiveness of proposals.

• Collaborate with senior consultants on project execution, coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality consulting services.

Hours of Work

• This is a full time permanent position
• This is a hybrid role with work performed near Philadelphia or Boston

Compensation- US Only

The expected base salary for this position is a base salary of $95,000-110,000 USD per year witheligibility for bonus.Individual pay is based upon experience, education, skill and ability,expertise,and relevant factors.In addition to a competitiveremunerationpackage, you will be eligible toparticipatein a benefits package that includes medical, dental, prescription drug, life insurance, 401k with match, long term disability coverage, vacation, sick time, volunteer time, discount programs, and many more.
