Are you looking for an opportunity to contribute to aninnovative, industry leadingcompany?InterMetro Industries is seeking anCOM Analyst IIto join ourCustomer Fulfillment Department.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service, supply chain and distribution centers for coordinating order management and shipments for on-time delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Manage customer orders that require manual intervention to provide 1st commitment to customer.

2. Manage communication efforts as the liaison between customer service, supply chain and distribution centers. Provide order status, shipment information, out of stocks concerns and material availability issues. Communication appropriate to all concerned parties after receiving commitment from supply location.

3. Re-acknowledge customer orders after researching all possible alternatives to meet customer commitments and manage corporate backlog. That research includes, but is not limited to, splitting the customer order, offering partial shipments, flipping to appropriate distribution center and/or offering alternate product to meet.

4. Provide and maintain order back-up when required.

5. Execute appropriate manual customer acknowledgments within 24 hours of booked date.

6. Works directly with Supply Management, Plant Schedulers, Strategic Sourcing and Distribution Centers to fulfill requirements as committed to customers.

7. Escalates potential missed commitments to Operation Management when necessary

8. Provides recommendations to Manager on disconnects and enhancements in Oracle Order Fulfillment module.

9. Possess extensive knowledge of Supply Chain and customer ranking within corporate guidelines.

10. Drives continuous improvement in Corporate on-time

11. Helps to manage inventory levels by appropriate inventory allocation.

12. Possess knowledge and understanding of the Code of Business Ethics. Contribute to a workplace environment that is conducive to the maintenance of the Code. Remain alert and sensitive to situations that could result in actions by an employee that are illegal, unethical, in violation of the Code or the policies and procedures that support the Code. Report actual or perceived violations of the Code or Company policies and procedures for appropriate action.

13. Other duties, as assigned.


Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

5 years' work experience in a similar capacity.
