Staffmark is seeking a reliable and motivated Material Planning and Logistics Operator to join the team at a leading manufacturing facility in Statesboro, GA. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling to take their career to the next level in a stable, fast-paced environment!

Shift Details:

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Shifts: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM OR 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

What You'll Do:

As a key member of the logistics and production support team, you'll ensure materials move efficiently throughout the facility to maintain seamless production. Your responsibilities will include:

• Loading and unloading trucks for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Inspecting, sorting, and putting away materials
• Creating ASNs and preparing outbound shipments
• Repacking carts and maintaining a steady supply flow to the production floor
• Supporting other departments during downtime or as needed

This role requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to keep operations running smoothly.

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting
• At least 1 year of forklift experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a can-do attitude
• Willingness to work overtime and rotate shifts if needed
