Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. This position will be responsible for the independent risk oversight of Deposit and Payments. Effective oversight requires a strong combination of industry and/or Large Bank experience along with the ability to apply Enterprise Risk Management ("ERM") and Operational Risk Management ("ORM") frameworks. Success in this role is driven by effective oversight of risk management and assessment activities within Deposit & Payments, including adhering to policies and standards such as Risk Identification & Assessment and Risk Control Self Assessments ("RCSAs"). The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in operational risk management, preferably with second line experience overseeing deposit and payment activities. They will be confident in their ability to provide credible challenge and have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risk. Ability to use critical thinking is a must. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Financial Services, Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, Finance, or Accounting OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Financial Services, Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, Finance, or Accounting Other Preferred Qualifications:

Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
