Maintain version control, manage proposal files, and ensure timely updates to content libraries. Ensure adherence to timelines, compliance, and process.
- Writing & Content Development: Write, edit, and format non-technical sections of proposals. Work closely with Mission Support, Business Unit, and Business Development teams to gather required information and compile into designated format. Ensure all documents are professionally written, formatted, and compliant with solicitation requirements.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Review and interpret solicitation documents to ensure full compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) and agency-specific requirements. Perform final quality checks, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with evaluation criteria. Coordinate document production, submission logistics, and post-submission follow-ups.
