We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Treasury Management Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our treasury management services and digital banking applications, ensuring seamless client experiences from proposal to post-implementation support.

This position contributes to the bank's success by ensuring an efficient banking structure to support its global operations through overseeing operational and strategic projects. Aligned to one or more Branches and Treasury Service Market Managers (TSMM), the Treasury Management Analyst (TMA) provides primary sales and service support within the Bank to aid in meeting revenue targets. Working throughout the client cycle with the TSMM, the TMA provides key support by maintaining a client focus with an awareness and understanding of operational aspects of products and services. This role supports all sales activities, facilitates client on-boarding of treasury services and other deposit products, along with assisting the TMO with ongoing client relationship management activities. The goal of the position is to own operational aspects of the relationship with an emphasis on speed to revenue.

1. Client Support and Relationship Management

a. Partner with Treasury Management Sales Representatives to:

i. Develop and manage client proposals

ii. Facilitate smooth client onboarding processes

b. Respond to complex client inquires and resolve issues promptly

c. Conduct client training sessions on treasury management products and services

d. Support Branch teams with Treasury Management and other Digital Banking needs.

e. Provide Level 2 support for digital banking queries to call center/customer service

f. Monitor digital inquiries to assure timely response to online requests

2. Process Improvement and Documentation:

a. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency

b. Create and maintain documentation for internal procedures and client facing materials

c. Contribute to the development of best practices for treasury management operations and digital banking solutions

3. Reporting and Analysis

a. Generate and analyze reports on system usage, client adoption and service performance

b. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve service offerings

4. Compliance and Security

a. Ensure all treasury management activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies

b. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in Treasury Management

5. Digital Banking Applications Management:

a. Partner with IT, vendors and other internal stakeholders to monitor and maintain various digital banking applications including:

i. Online banking platforms

ii. Mobile banking applications

iii. Remote deposit capture systems

iv. Fraud prevention services

v. ACH processing systems

vi. Account analysis systems

b. Monitor system performance and implement updates or improvements as needed

6. Project Management

a. Assist in the planning and execution of treasury management projects

b. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement new products or system enhancements

7. Other Duties Assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in treasury management, banking operations or related area
  • Strong understanding of digital banking application and treasury management products
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM systems and financial software platforms
