- Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance for questions and problems related to attest technology
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions, and determine the best solution based on the issue
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support
- Interface with internal team members and technology vendors for resolutions when applicable
- Monitor performance of attest technology applications and integrations between the various applications based on help desk ticket trends
- Identify and suggest possible improvements to attest technology processes and procedures
- Work with the National Attest Technology team to communicate trends in application and/or process related problems and suggested improvements
- Assist with application/technology testing, implementations, and pilots
- Assist in application data transitions and implementations
- Assist with testing upgrades, new features, or tools
- Assist with other team functions and deliverables as needed
Qualifications Required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization both internally and externally
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates degree
- CPA firm or similar professional services experience in providing help desk or customer service support
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Proactivity in anticipating client and team needs
- Demonstrated ability to effectively assist others with technology
- Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and attest-related applications
- Technical knowledge or proficient use of applicable attest technology preferred, e.g., Caseware, amelio, Checkpoint, Service Now
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stay organized, manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments, and prioritize each assignment as necessary in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of self-motivation coupled with a strong work ethic
- Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Regular work hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific time zone preferred
- Must be willing and able to be on-call nights and weekends
- Must be willing and able to work some nights and weekends
In compliance with states that have an active pay transparency law, the annual salary target for this job in this market is $60,000-$65,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position. Outside of base compensation there are opportunities for Annual Bonuses (variable depending on firm and associate performance). The compensation above is not representative of an employee's total compensation.
