The Senior Advisor owns the day-to-day client improvement relationship and serves as a trusted thought partner with deep knowledge of the healthcare landscape, industry challenges, and organizational transformation strategies. Senior Advisors play a critical role in driving meaningful client outcomes, aligning Press Ganey's solutions with client priorities, and operationalizing insights at scale across the client organization.

Senior Advisors work cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders to identify strategic solutions, lead scalable initiatives, and build sustainable improvement programs. As a core voice of the client within Press Ganey, Senior Advisors help shape innovation, connect daily advisory work to broader enterprise strategy, and contribute to continuous improvement across the Advisory function.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the client improvement strategy and manage key relationships, for improvement support
  • Deeply understand the client's organizational goals and priorities, ensuring alignment with PG offerings and strategies to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Provide proactive insights and data-driven guidance to engage clients in PG's value, leveraging analytics, best practices, and industry benchmarking.
  • Support strategic program management efforts that align with client and PG enterprise goals, emphasizing high reliability, sustainability, and performance excellence.
  • Lead initiatives to create scalable, repeatable processes that optimize service delivery and amplify the impact and visibility of Advisory work.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to co-develop thought leadership, toolkits, and case studies that reflect best practices and client success stories.
  • Identify and articulate PG's differentiated value through client-specific wins, showcasing outcomes to reinforce the effectiveness of the Advisory model.
  • Support Advisory Leadership by fostering talent development within the Advisory team and support ongoing education and capability building.
  • Mentor and provide ongoing development and coaching to the team in the day to day operations
  • Serve as a core contributor in cross-functional initiatives, partnering with product, marketing, technology, knowledge management, and consulting teams to support enterprise goals.
  • Participate in regular client performance reviews and strategic roadmap sessions in partnership with CSM and Growth leaders.
  • Actively support and lead forums, webinars, communities of practice, and peer learning experiences that connect like clients and elevate PG's thought leadership.
  • Partner with Growth and Client teams to identify expansion opportunities and deliver tailored best-practice solutions to support strategic outcomes.
  • Be a consistent and respected voice in shaping and scaling the Advisory function-internally and externally.

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum 7-10 years' experience in healthcare field related to improvement or consulting
  • Demonstrated leadership in performance improvement, strategic planning, or change management
  • Advanced interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Strong data literacy and ability to translate analytics into meaningful insights
  • Ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Travel up to 25% (virtual and on-site engagement expected)
  • Proven record of aligning work with enterprise goals and fostering internal collaboration

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years' minimum of prior relevant experience with healthcare experience improvement

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
