Provide services in a relaxing atmosphere to guests requesting specific facial treatments such as skin cleansing, massaging, moisturizing, facial hair removal and other beautification processes.

Responsibilities and Duties:
* Performs all treatments on services' menu based on current certifications.
* Maintains the highest level of product knowledge and has complete knowledge of all spa services presently offered.
* Customizes treatments based on present skin condition(s).
* Understands and uses universal precautions when providing services. Assesses contraindications of guest that may prevent service from taking place.
* Recommends products for home use while maintaining the designated minimum service to sales ratio.
* Suggests to guests' other beneficial treatments offered in the spa.
* Understands the ingredients in products and can explain their benefits to the guests.
* Answers guest's questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
* Provide timely service to ensure all treatments begin and end on time.
* Maintains a clean and organized work area according to procedures.
* Maintains proper inventory and informs the Lead Therapist and/or Spa Director of product needs.
* Creates and maintains client cards with treatment notes, when appropriate.
* Attend all scheduled meetings.
* Attendance to all scheduled professional trainings is mandatory.
* Cleans and disinfects all equipment daily.
* Reports any incidents or accidents to the Lead Therapist and/or the Spa Director no matter how minor.
* Assists staff with lifting and storing facility equipment, furniture, and products to help maintain facility and prepare for special events.
* Completes other duties assigned by the Lead Therapist and/or Spa Director.
