Description Acara Solutions is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Risk, Audit & Compliance to lead and oversee the organization's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Internal Audit, Vendor Management, BSA/AML, Business Continuity, Data Governance, and regulatory compliance functions. This role is instrumental in ensuring risk awareness, regulatory alignment, and operational resilience. $175K - $225K Salary Location: Anaheim Hills, CA \| Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Key Responsibilities: Oversee ERM, IA, VM, BSA/AML, BC, and DG programs across the organization. Lead risk assessments, calculate metrics, refine risk appetite, and report key risks to leadership. Chair the Enterprise Risk Management Committee (ERMCO). Provide leadership for Compliance, IA, and BSA teams, ensuring all regulatory obligations are met. Manage internal and external audits, regulatory exams, and outsourced assurance engagements. Oversee the vendor management program and ensure policy compliance. Maintain the business continuity and disaster recovery plans, including impact analyses and testing. Act as liaison with auditors, regulators, and risk partners. Support team investigations and uphold ethical, inclusive leadership standards. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting 5 years minimum experience auditing or examining financial institutions. 3 years minimum experience in risk and vendor management. Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Strong knowledge of IIA standards, GAAP, BSA/AML, COSO frameworks, and financial regulations. Relevant certifications (e.g., CAMS, CRISC). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong regulatory interpretation and analytical skills.
