Overview JOB TITLE: Network Administrator (Senior) GOVERNMENT AGENCY: Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Infrastructure Services & Back Office Support (ISBOS) LOCATION: Remote; Employee must reside within a 50-mile radius of Clarksburg, WV in order to be available to come on-site to FBI facilities in Clarksburg, WV for on-call support in the event of an outage or for scheduled maintenance. ITC is seeking a highly capable Network Administrator to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division. This role plays a critical part in sustaining and optimizing secure network operations that support national law enforcement and intelligence functions across the country. As a key member of the infrastructure team, you will be responsible for maintaining and securing computer networks and systems, including VPNs, routers, hardware, and software components. You will perform system installations and updates, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure robust virus protection and firewall security. Your work will directly contribute to the continuous improvement and resilience of mission-critical IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in network administration, a deep understanding of network protocols and operating systems, and a proactive approach to minimizing system downtime. Experience working within Agile environments and high-security government programs is highly valued. Responsibilities
