Pay Range:

FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $18 -$21 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending on a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.


Your areas of responsibility:

  • Operate and perform routine preventive maintenance on lubrication and fluid decantation systems, including filter changes and system cleanings
  • Input data daily and generate performance reports.
  • Handle materials, operate lift trucks, and move drums and totes
  • Make fluid corrections as needed based on testing results in the absence of the site leader
  • Follow procedures and adhere to all customer and safety requirements
  • Participate in daily communication meetings with the site supervisor and communicate effectively


Qualifications we are looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Standing and/or walking for approximately 4-8 hours daily.
  • Previous work experience working in a manufacturing environment related to lubricants and/or laboratory testing is preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge and the ability to navigate the internet and email.
  • Experience with inventory management systems is required.
  • Previous work experience giving presentations to management and customers is required.
  • Ability to think independently and make decisions without a site supervisor around is required.
  • Ability to lift to 50lbs as well as standing and/or walking for approximately 4-8 hours daily.
