Within our IT team located in Denver, Leprino is seeking a Solutions Architect to propel our organization to even greater heights in technological innovation. At Leprino, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $115,000 and $140,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 10%.
- The Solution Architect, Systems & Storage will be responsible as the primary architect for the in-house Windows & Linux systems, along with storage environments, and ensuring the stability, integrity, and performance of said systems and services.
- The incumbent must exhibit advanced knowledge in a variety of the systems & storage field's concepts, practices, and technologies, including cloud computing, and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- The Solution Architect will manage the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all systems and storage-related hardware, software, and interrelated systems, including cloud infrastructure.
- This individual will also analyze and resolve systems, storage hardware and software incidents and problems in a timely and accurate manner and provide end user training where required.
- Additional responsibilities will include managing supplier partners, participating/leading projects and small enhancement teams, working closely with business and application representatives throughout all phases of implementations, and driving resolution of support issues.
- Work Closely with the Infrastructure Architect to establish and document standards related to the solutions as well as architecture documents to represent topology and connectivity.
- Lead initiatives to migrate existing systems and infrastructure to cloud-based solutions, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations.
- Evaluate, select, and manage cloud service providers and vendors to ensure reliable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies for cloud adoption, including hybrid and multi-cloud environments, to enhance scalability, flexibility, and performance.
- Ensure cloud architecture aligns with business goals and industry best practices, focusing on security, compliance, and cost management.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's in appropriate discipline or equivalent relevant work experience
- 5 to 8 years of applicable experience

- Substantial knowledge of business continuity functions within hyperscalers
- Expert knowledge of Active Directory & Windows technologies

- Expert knowledge of enterprise storage technologies to include Pure Storage and their associated devices and facilities.
- Expert knowledge of enterprise backup technologies to include Rubrik backup appliances and their associated devices and facilities.
- Expert knowledge with Internet Information Server, Web, FTP, SMTP, security and monitoring products.
- Project management of mid to large scale business related projects.
