About the Manager:

Has been working in the Fire Suppression & Detection industry for 9+ years and 35+ years in the consumer products industry. My experience includes research, product design and development, manufacturing implementation, program management and project life cycle process development. If you consider this role, we will work together in a collaborative team environment where each program manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects and oversee all aspects of NPI projects. You will lead cross-functional project teams that span across multiple Johnson Controls development and manufacturing sites. Expect to be challenged in this role to learn new tools and systems, tackle complicated and challenging projects, and make judgements in the face of uncertainty. As a leader, I'm focused on continuous learning and development - both building our own product development skillsets and improving our processes and products.

I value candidates with strong work ethics and a growth mindset who will be creative, proactive, and detail-oriented in their work. I hope you're excited to take on this challenge and help Johnson Controls grow its Fire Suppression and Detection business!
