We are actively seeking to fill the position of Program Manager, based in one of our advanced R&D facilities located in [Westford, MA or Cranston, RI.] This role offers a hybrid work environment, requiring three days of in-office presence and allowing two days of remote work each week. What You Will Do: The Program Manager will be accountable for the coordination and successful execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects concerning Fire Detection Panels and Notification Devices. This role entails overseeing all facets of projects, establishing deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring as well as summarizing project progress. How You Will Do It:

About the Manager: Has been working in the Fire Suppression & Detection industry for 9+ years and 35+ years in the consumer products industry. My experience includes research, product design and development, manufacturing implementation, program management and project life cycle process development. If you consider this role, we will work together in a collaborative team environment where each program manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects and oversee all aspects of NPI projects. You will lead cross-functional project teams that span across multiple Johnson Controls development and manufacturing sites. Expect to be challenged in this role to learn new tools and systems, tackle complicated and challenging projects, and make judgements in the face of uncertainty. As a leader, I'm focused on continuous learning and development - both building our own product development skillsets and improving our processes and products.
