Are you driven, outgoing, and ready to take control of your income? At Advantage xPO, we're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as In Home Flooring Sales Representatives. If you have experience in car or solar sales-or just a passion for helping customers-we want to hear from you! What You'll Do As an In Home Flooring Sales Representative, you'll bring flooring and carpet samples directly to customers' homes, helping them find the perfect fit for their space. We provide hot leads, but your hustle and charm seal the deal. You'll: Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations Identify customer needs and recommend flooring solutions Build and maintain customer relationships Meet monthly goals, including 2 self-generated sales Represent our brand with professionalism and confidence What You Need A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle with space for samples Willingness to bring flooring samples into customers' homes Ability to attend in-person and virtual trainings/meetings Comfort with technology (tablets, measuring tools, sample boards) Evening and weekend availability is a must Schedule Flexible scheduling options: Sunday - Thursday or Monday - Saturday Evening and weekend availability required Compensation $50,000 - $70,000/year (based on 100% commission) Uncapped commission + bonus opportunities Commission paid weekly Benefits & Perks Provided through our partner company: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Flexible spending accounts, life insurance & telehealth Paid time off and floating holidays Wellness resources Paid training Weekly commission payouts Company apparel stipend Career advancement opportunities Ready to Join Us?* We make applying easy.
