JOB TITLE: Call Center Specialist

DEPT: Information Technology

LOCATION: Maury Regional Medical Center - Columbia, TN

SHIFT: Full Time. Tuesday - Saturday, 7am - 3:30pm

JOB SUMMARY:

Responds to telephone calls and email requests for technical and applications support. Documents and validates customer information and routes issues to appropriate subject matter experts. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Associate's in Computer Science Preferred

* 2 Years of Information Technology Experience Preferred
