Description F The objective here is to ensure parity between the B2B platform and the store systems to improve efficiency and experience for the store Team Members. Collaboration with the product team to identify tests, provide ideas to boost eCommerce performance, and make visual changes through A/B testing and prototyping is required of this position. Additionally, in-store research will be a regular part of this role as gaining real time user feedback from store Team Members will provide insight on improvements Skills Figma, eCommerce, pos system, Prototyping, Wireframe, ux research, Ui design, Visual design, Product design Top Skills Details Figma,eCommerce,pos system,Prototyping,Wireframe Additional Skills & Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on e-commerce or experimentation - Proficient in Figma and other design tools - Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design process and customer-facing work - Ability to work in a hybrid model, with 4 days per week in the office Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the retail or automotive industry - A/B testing, prototyping, wireframing Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $61.00/hr.
