ALOHA!! Business Systems Analyst in Honolulu, Hawaii. * FTE work employment \|** Monday-Friday, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm. * Hybrid: MUST LIVE AND RESIDE ON OAHU!!! Description The Corporate Card Systems Officer serves as the subject matter expert for the department and is responsible for developing products and services by identifying upgrades and enhancements to the Commercial Card itself and its supported suite of products. This includes but is not limited to CentreSuite, ePayables, and SmartData Online. As the business unit's technical SME, this role serves as the owner of all systems used by the Commercial Card department. 1.Technical (40%) Responsible for implementation, maintenance, and use of all systems used by the Commercial Card department. Defines new project requirements, determines specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction and implementation. Collaborates with bank-wide resources to move a project forward, providing Commercial Card department representation on all necessary engagements. Provides customer support and serves as a subject matter expert for all systems used by the Commercial Card department. Creates, maintains, and provides training for all Commercial Card products and services. Creates, updates, maintains, and reviews various tracking reports to evaluate and analyze portfolio, profitability, risk, and compliance. Works with Customer's program administrator to answer questions and resolve card management, reporting, monetary, and merchant control issues related to the Commercial Card. Provides technical expertise to assist the Commercial Card department update manual processes to create automation using coding such as SQL, Trogdor, Python, etc., in areas such as our rebate process and necessary reporting. 2.Strategic (30%) Conducts market research to stay abreast of industry technology trends and advancements. Recommends new products and services, as well as enhancements to existing products and services, to remain competitive from a technological perspective. Assists with commercial card solicitations, responses to requests for proposals, internal and external presentations. 3.Operational (30%) Establishes, maintains, and provides internal and external training on procedures and process improvements to drive profitability, cost and time efficiencies, and an overall better customer experience. Assists with commercial card solicitations, responses to requests for proposals, internal and external presentations. Reviews documentation and accounts to ensure internal and external compliance, both regulatory and otherwise, are met for all corporate accounts. Assists with FHB ePayables supplier enrollment campaigns. Provides cross-functional departmental support as needed.
