Senior Cyber Content Developer

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Senior Cyber Content Developer to support our Colorado Springs, CO location.

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Senior Cyber Training Content Developer to support our Colorado Springs location! Candidate will serve as a liaison between engineering development teams and end users to provide training content development support for STARCOM's cyber range and training efforts.

Duties:

Interact with government stakeholders to support cyber range design, development, and integration activities by providing course design that complements designed cyber range environments.
• Regular on site presence required at customer sites, including 2424 Garden of the Gods, Peterson SFB, Schriever SFB, Buckley SFB, and PeopleTec Colorado Springs corporate office.
• Develop course-ware and provide instruction supporting STARCOM's Cyber Range activities to Space Force and other DOD, government and commercial end users.
• Coordinate new requirements and user feedback with cyber engineering development team.
• Support development and integration roadmap planning for cyber range development efforts.
• Support cyber demos, training, and test events.
• As effort grows, help build multidisciplinary teams in support of cyber test and training range development and integration efforts.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 5 years of DOD cyber course development and instruction experience required.
• DOD 8140 IAT Level II.
• Demonstrated cyber operational leadership shaping cyber training, and cyber range implementation.
• Travel: 15-25%
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• TS/SCI clearance eligibility is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Top Secret with eligibility for SCI clearance upon hire, and maintain it during their employment.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelors degree with relevant technical Master's preferred. 10 years of cyber course development, instruction and assessment experience required.

Desired Skills:

• Direct experience supporting Space Force in cybersecurity training capacity.
• 8140 IAT Level III certification.
• Recent cyber instruction and course ware development experience.
• Understanding of DoD and/or USSF training requirements and standards, including policies, Master Training Task List(s) (MTTL), and Desired Learning Objectives (DLOs).

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $95,000 - 155,000 however, PeopleTec considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and critical skills.
