Human Resources Intern

DN Tanks is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our People team as a Human Resources Intern. In this role, you'll gain valuable, hands-on experience by supporting a variety of HR functions, including compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, talent management, and data analytics. This internship opportunity is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, well-organized, and enthusiastic about making a meaningful impact through Human Resources initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support various HR functions , gaining exposure to compensation, benefits, talent management, and recruitment processes
• Assist in the execution of several strategic HR projects
• Update and maintain employee profiles and personnel records in HR systems
• Conduct data analysis to support HR decision-making
• Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resource Management
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Enthusiasm and desire to learn
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Must be able to commute to Wakefield, MA for the duration of the internship
