The Impact You Will Have

As a Senior People Analytics Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the people analytics system and spearheading the analysis and interpretation of employee data to generate actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, enabling leaders to make informed decisions through data-driven insights, and provide strategic recommendations that align with our HR strategies and business objectives, leveraging analytics, trends, and forecasting.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead People Analytics system implementations and integrations.
  • Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of workforce data from various sources
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly auditing and validating data reports and dashboards.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance regular and on demand advanced dashboards for HR and business leaders and to visualize key HR metrics and trends
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to all levels of HR based on data analysis by articulating the data source, parameters, metrics and analytics, and the relevancy of insights.
  • Conduct advanced predictive analytics to forecast workforce needs and identify potential risks.
  • Go beyond the numbers to extract key insights and stories from data to measure progression and regression and communicate these insights and stories
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to implement data-driven strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide training and consultation to data and system users
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and system enhancements in people analytics.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the overall people analytics strategy.
  • Mentor junior analysts and guide their professional development.

Required Skills & Experiences

  • 7+ years of related professional experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered
  • 5+ years of experience building, supporting and reviewing HR reports
  • Experience with advanced data visualization (Crunchr, One Model, Viser, PowerBI, or other established People Analytics software)
  • Experience building and supporting HR system integrations
  • Experience creating and maintaining HR analytic dashboards for HR leadership
  • Proven experience consulting customers across the enterprise to understand business questions and to develop reporting and analytical solutions in support of those questions
  • Experience presenting people analytics and insights to leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to design, evaluate and interpret complex data sets
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences and executives

Preferred Skills & Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in a field that emphasizes analyzing, displaying, or reporting on data (e.g., computer science, math, engineering, economics, statistics, psychology)
  • Hands on experience with People Analytics systems implementation or ongoing integration support
  • Strong understanding of HR and HR & People Analytics terminology.
  • Experience building, supporting, creating, editing, and maintaining Workday reports
  • Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $88,600.00 - $117,400.00 - $146,200.00 Annual

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
