Work Location & Shifts: 130 W Brooke Rd, Winchester, VA 22603& 1st Shift starting at 5 AM

What your day in this role might involve at OC-Winchester

Performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials. The Specials Material Prep person will work on special orders that require more attention to detail and is required to meet specific deadlines. Assists a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Read tickets and/or labels to properly pull the required components necessary forbuilding door(s) correct

• Apply weather stripping to head and get the proper sill per order requirements
• Activate machine cycle to machine the material
• Stocking finished product
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS/ ABILITIES

• Ability to read tape measure to 1/32" inch and understand bill of materials
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize and maintain detailed records
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to read a tape measure and have basic math skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Regular attendance and timeliness

• Follow all operational and safety SOP's as written
