As Senior Corporate Counsel, Marketing Legal you'll be helping to build a scalable global Marketing Legal function and providing frontline marketing counseling in support of Okta's global product portfolio. We are seeking an experienced marketing lawyer to support Okta's global marketing and demand generation initiatives. This role presents an exciting opportunity to craft policies and practices inside a rapidly growing independent identity provider company, influence key initiatives and aid in our success. You will have both a meaningful role in a growing legal department and an opportunity to develop professionally with the support of a collaborative and experienced team! The role reports to Okta's Senior Director, Product Legal and is available as a remote working position. Senior Corporate Counsel, Marketing Legal What you'll be doing: Consider and advise on legal, business and reputational matters globally in the areas of:

Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
