You'll get hands-on experience supporting projects that drive real value, with guidance from senior technical staff and leadership. Whether it's designing smarter workflows, implementing new technologies, or refining product performance, you'll play a key role in moving innovation forward.

If you're passionate about problem-solving, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are eager to grow in the world of advanced manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

As a Manufacturing Engineer on our Technical Solutions team, you'll play a key role in driving innovation, quality, and efficiency. Here's how you'll make an impact:

  • Design Smart Solutions: Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored technical solutions that align with our business goals.
  • Optimize for Manufacturing: Evaluate product designs for manufacturability and suggest improvements-providing recommendations and cost implications to the Sales team.
  • Drive Product Improvement: Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance product performance and inform future development-working closely with our New Product Development and Advanced Technology teams.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep a pulse on industry trends, new technologies, and the competitive landscape to recommend cutting-edge, high-impact solutions.
  • Engineer for Efficiency: Contribute to the design of new products and processes that boost efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work side by side with Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, and Procurement teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
  • Support Engineering Growth: Help shape and refine the technical roadmap through ongoing business improvement initiatives.
  • Prioritize Safety: Champion our environmental, health, and safety standards-making sure safety always comes first.

What You Bring:

  • Technical Foundation: A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field), new college grad or up to 2 years previous experience in an engineering role
  • Mechanical Aptitude: You enjoy tinkering, building things with your hands, exploring problems and creating solutions.
  • Clear Communicator: You're skilled at breaking down complex technical concepts and communicating them clearly-whether you're talking to engineers, leadership, or cross-functional partners.
  • Creative Problem-Solver: You bring strong analytical thinking and a proactive mindset, always looking for smart, practical ways to overcome technical and manufacturability challenges.

Why Join Us?

  • Grow with the Industry: Take advantage of ongoing professional development, hands-on training, and opportunities to attend leading industry conferences
  • Be Part of a High-Impact Team: You'll be a valued member of a team that encourages learning, supports development, and values your opinion
