Inside Sales Representative

We are hiring a Product Support Inside Sales Representative to focus on the sale of Mustang Cat's parts and service offerings to develop customer-driven solutions utilizing Mustang's unique abilities as a Caterpillar authorized dealer.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will meet with prospective customers to perform equipment inspections and make service and repair recommendations.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities Include:

• Represent Mustang as industry leader and promote key differentiators to best serve our customers
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Meet and exceed strategic sales goals
• Establish new customer accounts
• Respond quickly to leads and qualify customers
• Develop and maintain positive relationship with Mustang's Service Department
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Meet set requirements for continued professional development

Inside Sales Representative Position Requirements:

• College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or other related field

• Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements
• 3 years experience in heavy machinery parts and service
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to "think on your feet"
• Strong desire to win
• Negotiation experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment

Strongly Preferred Experience:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Knowledge of CAT equipment
