As a Warehouse and Delivery Supervisor you will be responsible for directing the various resources and functions within the warehouse to provide the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency. This includes receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, delivery, equipment, and safety. The warehouse team will play an important role in the Kohler Signature Store's success. Route sales orders to accommodate efficiency and customer requests
• Fill orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Package orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Ship and acknowledge orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure that all orders are loaded and secured for efficient, timely delivery processes
• Ensure that orders are checked for content and labeling and note any discrepancies
• Oversee ship verification process to assure that product on the dock is confirmed
• Ensure that all picks are completed, labeled and loaded accurately
• Deliver merchandise to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Drive Company vehicles defensively while following all laws and DOT regulations
• Be courteous and service-minded in dealing with customers
• Ensure all incoming product is clearly identified and/or labeled
• Move incoming shipments to put away zones in an efficient manger
• Notify purchasing of all receiving discrepancies
• Schedule incoming shipments to ensure efficiency during delivery process
• Ensure paperwork is complete for all inbound and outbound shipments
• Review and fill back orders; maintain back order file
• Confer with department managers to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with various departments
• Supervise all designated warehouse and delivery staff
• Ensure that systems and procedures are implemented and communicated to staff in a timely manner and are followed consistently
• Monitor safe and accurate loading or unloading of trucks
• Assist in the training of staff on any appropriate equipment used
• Ensure that the work area is clean and safe
• Assume responsibility for safety, security and maintenance of the warehouse facility and the material and equipment contained therein
• Operate Fork-Lifts, Pallet Jacks, Reach Lift, and Stock Picker
• Other duties/responsibilities as assigned

• 4-6 years of experience (preferred)
• Previous experience operating Fork-Lifts, Pallet Jacks, Reach Lift, Stock Pickers, and Cranes
• Previous truck driving experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and a driving record which meets the standards set by the underwriters of Company insurance carrier
• Good computer knowledge and skills and the ability to learn First Supply LLC's business system
• Good organizational skills related to managing paperwork and time
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions
• Experience with handheld RF units (preferred)
• Basic safety & powered industrial truck training
• Drug test with negative results on employment offer
• Functional capacities evaluation which demonstrates ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position
• Ability to be bonded as defined by First Supply Group's fidelity bond insurance carrier
• Satisfactory score on the Wonderlic Personnel Test and/or Caliper Assessment
• Ability to read, speak, understand and write English
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure
• Attendance on a regular and consistent basis
