Banking Call Center Rep -
WEEKLY PAY career growth potential Job Description * Answer incoming calls from customers and assist them with their queries. * Verify customers' identity by following company procedures before discussing any accounts, products, or information. * Keep customers' information up to date on the internal CRM system. * Assist customers with their queries, provide information on products, and take payments over the phone. * Make outbound calls to customers as needed regarding product renewals, contract renewals, or other types of services they may need. * Ensure that all sales and products/services sold are logged on the CRM system. * Work in line with data security policies at all times. *Work Schedule: * 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, 7 days a week (shifts vary) *Call Center hours are 7:00 am-7:00 pm, 7 days a week -* *shifts may vary based on business need. Agents must be available to work on 1* *weekend days. * **Must be able to work all 7 days, but will only be working* *5 days a week. * ***Training will be 2-3 months* ***During Training it will be between M-F* *WEST: #prioritywest* *#westpriority25* *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
