Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm with 30 minute lunch We are looking for Home Equity processors to join our Lending Team. These positions will go contract until the end of the year. The contract can get extended or convert if there is a FTE opening. These individuals will be doing full cycle home equity processing. Responsible for: * Managing 25 to 30 files per person (once fully trained) * Processing home equity loans from start to finish * Reviewing income information (ie. Pay stubs) * Ordering appraisals if needed * Ordering flood certification * Gathering payoff information * Reviewing mortgagee clause * Preparing files for closing and sending to underwriting * Arrange closing *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
