MIS Analyst Willing to pay $38-42/hour depending on experience. Only required to go into office on Thursdays in Tempe, AZ. Remote M, Tue, Wed, Fri. Thursdays in office only. 9-5 schedule. Highlights: SQL queries, analyze Data, Build and manage dashboard reports. Automate and streamline data workflows, ensuring efficiency and scalability. Sigma and Snowflake experience required Benefits of the role: * Opportunity to work for one of the fastest growing start up companies * Benefits available on the first day of each month * Weekly pay * No phone work involved * Independent role Skills and Experience Required: * Experience in business reporting, MIS, or data analytics roles. * Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline management. * Knowledge of scripting languages like Python for data manipulation (a plus). * Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) is a plus. * Understanding of business intelligence (BI) and data governance best practices. * Bootstrapping New Processes - defining objectives, setting up frameworks, testing, refining, and scaling to support multiple reporting needs A day in the role: * Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data from multiple sources. * Build and manage dashboards and reports in Sigma and Mode to provide real-time insights for business stakeholders. * Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and ensure accurate reporting. * Automate and streamline data workflows, ensuring efficiency and scalability. * Monitor data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity across platforms. * Support ad hoc data analysis requests and provide insights to drive strategic decisions. * Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement data-driven solutions.
