Join our team at a trusted local credit union, where your attention to detail and collaborative mindset will make a real impact. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you'll support business accounts by conducting account reviews, maintaining accurate records, and partnering with managers to ensure top-notch service and compliance. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p in office in Beavercreek, OH

This is a temporary position ranging from 3-6 months in length, but could lead to full time hire based on position availability and performance!

What You'll Do:


  • Perform reviews and audits on business accounts and services
  • Maintain and update business account information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficiency and accuracy



What You Bring:


  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Previous business banking document review experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to manage tasks independently
