*Description*
A Nashville client , is seeking an IT Support Analyst to grow their team in Nashville. This person will provide hands-on and remote IT support to internal employees, including executives of the company that sit in the office. Candidates must have experience supporting directors, VPs, or other executives and be able to provide the highest level of customer service while resolving their technology issues. Day to day will include general PC hardware and software support (including Lenovo, Mac, and Dell devices), deployment of new devices, walk-up tech support, on-site desktop support, remote service desk support, monitoring network traffic to ensure availability, configuring and shipping assets to remote employees and other offices, and any other IT needs as they arise. Experience with networking and systems administration concepts would be great. *Experience Level* Intermediate Leve *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $33.65/hr.
