The VP, Associate Chief Nursing Officer for Ambulatory, Satellite and Network Nursing is a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting to the SVP & Chief Nursing Officer. This role plays a vital part in advancing Boston Children's Hospital's mission, vision, and strategic priorities across Nursing and patient care services. The VP/ACNO provides executive leadership throughout ambulatory, satellite, and network locations in the Boston area, focusing on high-quality, patient-centered, and equitable care while improving clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and staff engagement. This role will also partner with our Network facilities throughout New England. This is a distinct opportunity to lead Boston Children's nursing teams, widely recognized for excellence in family-centered care, evolution of pediatric nursing science, and an exceptional interprofessional practice environment. This role will require an experienced leader with a demonstrated ability to lead comfortably in an organization that is actively evolving its organization-wide structures both near term and over time.
