Job Description

This position is responsible for all aspects of building maintenance, repairs, and improvements. The Manager researches and hires contractors as needed to help complete tasks that may arise.

• Ensures maintenance staff begins work on time and is briefed on priorities and assignments.
• Responsible for opening/closing procedures (i.e., doors un/locked, machines and lights on/off).
• Standardizes routine preventative maintenance program as it pertains to individual production assets and assigns maintenance staff to perform routine duties.
• Assists staff in correcting issues that require follow-up.
• Completes all maintenance staff performance reviews in timely manner.
• Sources ways to simplify tasks for maintenance; Recommends changes and implements as appropriate.

Pay Range: $90,000-115,000/yr

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and ability to use hand tools and welding tools
• Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot electrical systems (including, but not limited to programmable logic controllers, solid state motor drives, overhead traveling cranes and hydraulic circuits)
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, with an aptitude for MIS systems and technologies
• Skilled in precise math and use of precision instrument skills
• Ability to organize and multi task
• Knowledge of ISO14001 Environmental Management systems, MP2, and 5S
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
• 10+ years of related experience
