Staffmark Workforce Solutions is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist for an exciting contract opportunity with a global leader in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances in Ridgefield Park, NJ. Pay Rate: $37.00/hr

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage financial operations for select partners, overseeing over $5B in annual revenue. This role focuses on receivables management, dispute resolution, contract compliance, and driving customer satisfaction through process improvement and strong relationship management.

Responsibilities:



  • Manage Aged Trial Balance (ATB) and financial transactions for assigned accounts
  • Analyze and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Investigate and resolve disputes, chargebacks, and outstanding invoices
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate customer data and ensure proper system updates in SAP
  • Conduct reconciliations and process account clearings before monthly close
  • Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
  • Participate in customer meetings (via phone and in-person)



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • 5-7 years of corporate B2B collections and chargeback experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables; Macros a plus)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
