Additional Compensation Details:

  • $80K+ annual salary - DOE
  • Potential 90-day performance-based raise

Job Description

Schedule

4:00am start time; Sunday-Thursday

The Role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and repairing the facility equipment, interior and exterior structures which includes electrical/plumbing repairs and other general maintenance issues as assigned. This person will also supervise employees to ensure all repair/maintenance orders are completed in a timely manner. Instruct and guide employees through work lists, special projects and regular maintenance tasks. Work environment includes working in both refrigerated and non-refrigerated warehouse.

Essential Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To

  • Read and interpret work orders
  • Give instruction, assist when needed
  • Follow up on tasks/ work orders
  • Reading wiring schematics and machine manuals
  • Complete required paperwork and reports
  • Trouble shoot electrical issues in the facility and with equipment
  • Adhere to a preventative maintenance plan for building and equipment
  • Perform regular maintenance on facility structure and equipment
  • Special projects as assigned by manager (GM)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate emergency repairs
  • Occasional run for parts or to confer with specialists on equipment
  • Work with contractors/vendors as needed on new equipment installations and repair
  • Coordinate maintenance projects with the other members of the maintenance team
Qualifications

Desired Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a production environment
  • Intermediate word and excel skills for correspondence and reporting duties
  • Intermediate MS Outlook skills for regular communication with management and vendors
  • Valid Washington State driver's license
  • Intermediate verbal communication skills. Must be able to assist a diverse work force and communicate clearly with various levels of management.
  • Ability to observe and follow proper safety procedures, and a willingness to report potentially unsafe conditions.
