Staffmark is launching a brand-new warehouse in North Las Vegas, and we're looking for a Human Resource Business Partner to help us bring it to life. If you're passionate about people, driven by data, and excited to build something from the ground up, this is your chance to make a real impact.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Flexibility to assist with earlier or night shift needs as required)

Salary range: $85,000-$100,000 per year

As the Human Resource Business Partner, you'll lead on-site HR operations-driving onboarding, compliance, performance, and engagement while shaping a strong, positive workplace culture from day one.

What You'll Do



  • Advise leadership and support employee relations
  • Oversee onboarding, benefits, payroll, and compliance
  • Drive engagement and positive workplace culture
  • Partner with staffing agencies for hourly hiring
  • Maintain HRIS, timekeeping, OSHA logs, and records
  • Manage investigations and training support
  • Assist with benefits, performance, and legal compliance



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years in HR (Generalist or Business Partner role)
  • Warehouse, manufacturing, or retail experience preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of employment law (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA)
  • Workday experience a plus
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • High integrity and attention to detail
