The Role

Our Communications Transformation group is looking for a Senior Consulting Manager, the ideal candidate will bring expertise in launching AI, digital tools and managing large scale transformation. We're looking for a Senior Consulting Manager who can deliver within Cognizant's Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence, which are: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for AI engagements for a telecommunication organization

Serve as Cognizant's representative with Palantir and associated events

Consult on new Palantir deals and how to solve problems using the experience from AT&T

Learn new technologies (databricks, servicenow data fabric, Nvidia AI, etc.) and solve problems with AI thru other technologies (technology agnostic) for customers that do not want to use Palantir or have already established another architecture

Eventually grow and move into the full AI consulting practice

Assist account team with executive meeting preparations and material

Assist in RFP response construction and orals

Assist with business development and building proactive proposals

Qualifications

5 to 10 years of experience in Telco AI incubation and enablement lead

Possess a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field

Exhibit strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members

Display the ability to manage design projects from start to finish ensuring quality and timeliness

Possess the capability to mentor and guide junior designers

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until November 30, 2025

The annual salary for this position is between $98,853 - $158,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
