About the Job

This is a 67 day/14 hour a week temp/casual appointment.

Responsibilities:

Assist facilities department by performing general custodial work in buildings including cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming hallways, scrub and mop floors, clean kitchen areas, clean walls, mirrors and windows, common areas, stairways, carpet shampoo, replenish supplies, and grounds work, etc.; bag, remove garbage and recycling items; load and unload trucks, move furniture; dismantle/assemble equipment and materials; mow and water lawns; clean leaves and debris; and snow shoveling around doorways and entrance areas.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
  • Ability to interact in public setting in a respectful and professional manner
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Pay and Benefits

Pay Rate: $20.00
