*Description*
We're looking for a wireless RAN Construction Engineer in the Florida region. This position is highly demanding, fast-paced, and requires exceptional time management and communications skills. As a wireless Equipment Engineer, you will be responsible for: *Providing project management and supervision of construction and equipment forecasting and dates needed. *Creating Bill of Materials (BOM) and Engineering Orders (EOs) in a timely manner so as to not delay the construction process. *Providing complete ownership of project financials related to equipment ordering and receiving. *Maintain coordination with PMs, GCs, and CEs to communicate equipment challenges, and changes in build schedules, to ensure vendors have equipment needed by the target construction start date. *Timely identify points of risk related to equipment procurement and devise alternate plans that produce desired results. *Providing accurate, timely, and concise communications; express and explain issues clearly; update project trackers daily; e-mail and call project members frequently. *Interfacing with internal and external departments to include Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Construction Engineers, Project Managers, and equipment vendors as needed to support the program. *Skills* Wireless, Equipment engineering, Cell site, Telecommunication, Telecom, Rf engineering, Wireless network *Top Skills Details* Wireless,Equipment engineering,Cell site,Telecommunication,Telecom,Rf engineering,Wireless network *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *Ability to thrive while under intense circumstances to deliver projects on time, and within budget. *Willingness to learn new processes and technologies quickly; retain information; and eager to do research and finding info and answers. *A keen eye for detail. *Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends; answer phone calls when crews are on site supporting your projects; respond to e-mails promptly; and actively lead and participate in project/team meetings. *Strong knowledge of Ericsson/Nokia RAN equipment. *Knowledge of wireless RAN cell site design/engineering, construction, real estate, regulatory, and operations. *Strong database and project management skills. *Knowledge of Verizon 1ERP/S4/ESA experience. *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
