Boden Coon Rapids, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Marketing Director to join our growing team. Boden Coon Rapids is located just outside the heart of downtown Coon Rapids, Minnesota. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 54-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Join our team today! If so, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently! Our Director of Marketing becomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing the community marketing plan to increase revenue. Additionally, this position requires ongoing evaluation of current practice and procedure within the marketing department and the discretion to make improvements as needed. Duties include:
Make recommendations to improve overall facility business development strategy. Provide information to facility leadership by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Preferred Qualifications:
