Highspring is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Financial Reporting to join our dynamic finance team. The Director of Financial Reporting will be responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely preparation and presentation of financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both internal and external stakeholders. With that said, as required by local law, Highspring believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure to be between $126,00 and $168,600. The individual may also be eligible for a variety of bonus and financial incentives based on individual and company performance. |
