The successful candidate will support the USCA General Industrial Marketing team in a variety of activities over the Summer 2025 for at least 10 weeks, three working days per week; based in the Minneapolis office, including but not limited to: Customer Identification & Acquisition: Utilize internal and external resources to identify potential customers and generate new sales leads Marketing Collateral Development: Develop meaningful tools and collateral to support the Sales team driving brand awareness and subject matter expertise. Campaign Development, Implementation & Tracking: Work with Marketing and Sales teams to develop and implement initiatives aimed at customer activation Analytics and Tracking: Review product and customer data relative to sales and marketing initiatives. Program Support: Support on-going programs and initiatives in order to achieve desired outcome Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future Must be enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship or co-op program Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation Preferred Qualifications: Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position Have previous experience working in a team-oriented setting including work experience, extracurricular activities, military service, etc. Be a rising or current Junior or Senior in college or university at the start of the internship program Minimum 3.0 GPA
