We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SOA RDBMS IBM Ace ESB Design Architectural Design & Pattern Security DevOps iPaaS ESQL IBM integration bus Java JSON Rest API AIA XML SOAP and PL/SQL. The candidate should also have domain expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance and Life and Annuities Insurance. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 and $140,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex integration solutions using IBM Ace and ESB.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of SOA-based architectures.
• Provide expertise in RDBMS and PL/SQL for database design and optimization.
• Design and implement secure integration solutions following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
• Develop and maintain architectural design patterns for scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Implement DevOps practices to streamline the development and deployment process.
• Utilize iPaaS for cloud-based integration solutions.
• Write and maintain ESQL code for IBM integration bus.
• Develop and maintain Java-based integration solutions.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for application integration.
• Provide expertise in AIA for application integration architecture.
• Utilize XML and SOAP for data exchange and integration.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration processes and methodologies.
• Ensure that integration solutions align with the companys overall technology strategy.
• Provide documentation and training to end-users and support teams.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
• Ensure that integration solutions meet performance and scalability requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers as needed.
• Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing remote and on-site work.
